摘要
文章简要论述了东方第三代超超临界1 000 MW汽轮机设计特点,该机组继承了成熟的结构及系统,采用了最新动静叶型线及阀门型线,同时将数值计算与试验研究相结合,对热力系统、阀门布置、进汽方式、汽缸结构等方面进行了优化设计,确保了新机组的经济性与可靠性。
The article briefly described characteristics of the third of DTC ultra-supercritical 1000MW steam turbine.The unit inherited the mature structure and system,and used the latest rotor and stator blade profile and valve profile.Meanwhile,numerical calculation and experiment were combined to optimize the design of the thermal system,valve arrangement,inlet mode and cylinder structure and so on.These measures ensured the economy and reliability of the new unit.
