基于DNS技术的顶管机远程控制系统设计与实现

摘要 首先介绍顶管机远程控制系统的设计与实现过程。顶管机在施工过程中会由于地质情况等问题影响施工进度,所以顶管机的维修显得尤为重要。目前,大部分顶管机控制系统不具备远程自动控制的功能,即使具备,其稳定性也比较差。因此,提出新的顶管机设计方案,将域名系统(DNS)技术应用于控制系统中,实现上下位机的远程通信。经现场实验验证,该控制系统的设计能很好地实现了对顶管机的远程自动操控,性能稳定、可靠,且工作效率高,能较好地完成预定的设计目标。 Introduces the design and implementation of remote control system of pipe jacking process.Pipe jacking in construction process can affect construction progress due to problems such as geology,so it is particularly important to pipe maintenance.At present most of the pipe jacking control system does not have the function of remote automatic control,even if have,its stability is poor.For this,this paper puts forward a new pipe design,domain name system(DNS)technology was applied to control system,realize the remote communication up and down a machine.Field experiment shows that the control system is reliable,stable,accurate,high working efficiency,and well done for remote control of pipe jacking,well finished the design goal.
