摘要
首先,针对缸体加工工艺设计过程中属性复杂多样,规则提取困难,且泛化性差等问题,基于变精度粗糙集理论对缸体特征加工工艺规则进行提取和更新,使工艺规则具有更强的适应能力。其次,通过工艺属性预处理及基于核属性的约简方法,实现了属性约简和规则提取,并提出基于规则支持度和准确度的更新方法,对新旧规则多种情况处理,进而实现规则库内容的更新。最后,以发动机缸体加工为例,通过工艺规划软件验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
Due to the complexity of cylinder block,it’s always difficult to make an optimal process planning.Based on variable precision rough set theory,the paper proposed a method to extract and update the process rules of cylinder block.Attributes reduction and rule extraction is realizedby attribute pretreatment and the core of attributes reduction method.The rule support degree and degree of accuracy are applied tothe rule updating method to deal with varioussituation between the new and the old rules.In the case study,the results of cylinder block process show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method by a process planning software.
