摘要
将射线箱零件组成制造单元,利用机器人对各个单元进行上下料,提出以速度为优化目标,将加速度,时间,位置作为约束,将有约束问题利用惩罚函数转为无约束问题,利用遗传算法搜索所有可能的制造单元最佳位置的布局,机器人运行的总速度达到最大,提高输送效率,通过实例表明,该方法有效。
