摘要
对A354铝合金铸造缸盖进行热处理试验,研究了固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度和时效时间等参数对试样硬度、机械性能、金相的影响,得到了缸盖的最佳热处理工艺:530±5℃,6h固溶;60~80℃水淬;175±5℃、6h、空冷。
The heat treatment experiments have been carried out to the A354 aluminum alloy cylinder head castings.The influence of solution temperature,solution time,aging temperature and aging time parameters on the hardness,mechanical properties and micro-structure has been investigated.The optimum heat treatment process of cylinder head has been obtained:solution:530±5℃for 6h;water quenching:60-80℃;aging:175±5℃,6h,air cooling.
