摘要
党的十九大报告明确提出了新时代党的建设总要求和实施健康中国战略。公立医院作为实施健康中国战略的重要有机组成部分,首先必须加强党建工作,要坚持围绕中心、服务大局,将党建融入医院管理和医护工作中,将党组织的政治优势转化为推动发展的核心竞争力,才能真正落实健康中国战略,推进全民健康。本研究立足医院党建和业务工作实际,通过资料分析和实例描述等方法,探索加强公立医院党建、落实健康中国战略、引领现代医院发展的模式和方法。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly set forth the general requirements for party building in the new era and the implementation of the strategy for a health China.As an important and integral part of the implementation of the strategy for a health China,public hospitals must first strengthen the work of party building.They must adhere to the center and serve the overall interests,integrate party building into hospital management and medical work,and transform the political advantages of party organizations into the core competition for promoting development Only in this way can we truly implement the strategy of healthy China and promote universal health.Based on the actual work of party building and business in hospitals,this paper explores the modes and methods of strengthening the Party building in public hospitals,implementing the strategy of a healthy China and leading the development of modern hospitals through such means as data analysis and case description.
