摘要
目的探究高血压患者联合应用阿托伐他汀与缬沙坦治疗时的临床疗效,并对患者的相关指标进行分析。方法将2016年1月~2016年6月我院收治的60例高血压患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组使用药物为缬沙坦,观察组治疗药物在对照组的基础上联用阿托伐他汀钙。连续用药1年,观察两组的临床降压效果及其对血压相关指标的影响。结果经治疗后,观察组的临床总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的70%,差异有统计学意以(x^2=4.781,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的各指标水平均明显降低:舒张压(79.6±11.8)mmHg、收缩压(134.5±9.8)mmHg、Hcy(10.17±2.18)mol/L,其改善均明显优于对照组(舒张压(87.9±11.35)mmHg、收缩压(157.2±10.9)mmHg、Hcy(18.64±2.59)mol/L),差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦应用于原发性高血压患者时可获得良好的血压控制效果,并能有效降低血清中Hcy的含量,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment of atorvastatin and Valsartan in patients with hypertension,and to analyze the related indexes of the patients.Methods 60 cases of hypertension patients in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were studied and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group received valsartan treatment.The patients in the control group received valsartan combined with atorvastatin calcium.1 years of continuous medication were used to observe the effect of the two groups on the clinical hypotension and the effect on blood pressure related indexes.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.781,P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of observation group were significantly decreased,diastolic blood pressure(79.6±11.8)mmHg,systolic blood pressure(134.5±9.8)mmHg,Hcy(10.17±2.18)mol/L,the improvement was significantly better than the control group(diastolic blood pressure(87.9±11.35)mmHg,systolic blood pressure(157.2±10.9)mmHg Hcy,(18.64±2.59)mol/L),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with valsartan could achieve good blood pressure control effect in patients with essential hypertension,and could effectively reduce the content of Hcy in serum,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
