摘要
中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会对传统文化的发展提出了新的要求,和合文化作为中华优秀传统文化的思想精华,有利于形成和谐的政治氛围、培养当权者统一的政治认知、促进公民的政治参与、推动政治的发展,全方位促进公民的政治认同。然而,和合文化在当代也在一定程度上制约了现代竞争意识,并且可能造成政府机构的庸俗化和低效率,这为加强公民的政治认同提供了思考路径。加强公民的政治认同,应该取其精华,去其糟粕,发挥和合文化的积极作用,即倡导天下为公,推进民主政治;坚持以人为本,维护政治权利;承认和而不同,引导主流价值取向;主张以和为贵,维护社会和谐。
In the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it put forward new requirements for the development of traditional culture.As the ideological essence of outstanding Chinese traditional culture,Culture of harmony It is conducive to forming a harmonious political atmosphere,cultivating the political cognition of the authority,promoting the political participation of citizens,the development of politics and to the political identity of citizens in all dimensions.However,the Culture has also restrained the consciousness of modern competition to a certain extent in contemporary times,and may lead to the vulgarization and inefficiency of the government agencies.It provides a way of thinking for strengthening the political identity of citizens.To reinforce the political identity of citizens,it should take its essence to remove its dregs,and play an active role of harmony culture:advocating world-wide publicity and promoting democratic politics;adhering to people-oriented principle and safeguarding political rights;recognizing harmony while differentiating and guiding mainstream value orientation;And advocating the thought of peace is precious to maintain a harmony society.
