摘要 本文主要从传统电钻的安全性、舒适性、打孔精度三方面进行分析和优化。为传统手电钻设计了防尘罩,主要用于收集打孔产生的废屑,防止灰尘危害操作者的健康和阻碍操作者的操作。为传统手电钻设计了定位装置及刻度,使操作者更方便地打出垂直于墙面的孔,并且能很容易了解所打孔的深度。同时运用人因工程的相关知识对传统手电钻的手柄进行重新设计,使手柄更加符合人的生理和心理特性。 This home electric drill is mainly analyzed and optimized from the three aspects about safety,comfort and drilling precision in this paper.The dustproof cover is designed for the traditional hand drill,which is mainly used to collect the waste material produced by punching holes and prevent the dust from harming the operator's health and the operation of the operator.The positioning and scale device are designed for the traditional hand drill,making it easier for the operator to type the hole perpendicular to the wall,and it is easier to understand the depth of the perforation.At the same time,using the knowledge of human factors engineering to redesign the handle of the traditional hand drill,the handle is more consistent with the human physiological and psychological characteristics.
