摘要
针对现有太阳能跟踪装置使用率低的问题,文章设计了一种新型的太阳能双轴跟踪装置。该太阳能跟踪装置以STC89C51单片机为核心,采用光电跟踪和视日轨迹跟踪相结合的混合跟踪方法,方位轴和高度轴均采用蜗杆蜗轮传动结构。同时,根据跟踪装置的机械结构、控制系统硬件电路和驱动程序设计出了跟踪装置模型,并对模型进行试验。实验结果表明,该太阳能双轴跟踪装置相比于固定式跟踪装置,可有效提高太阳能的使用率。该跟踪装置为高效率太阳能产品的设计提供了一定的理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of low utilization rate of existing solar tracking devices,this paper designs a new type of solar double-axis tracking device.The solar tracking device takes the STC89C51 microcontroller as the core,and uses the hybrid tracking method combined with the photoelectric tracking and the sun trajectory tracking.The azimuth axis and the high axis are all driven by worm gear.At the same time,the tracking device model is designed according to the mechanical structure of the tracking device,the hardware circuit and the driver of the control system,and the model is tested.The experimental results show that the solar double-axis device can effectively improve the utilization rate of solar energy compared with the fixed tracking device.The tracking device provides a theoretical basis for the design of high efficiency solar energy products.
