摘要
新疆兵团的民族聚居团场贫困现象普遍,家庭经济结构单一,致富途径不多,家庭成员学历层次普遍较低,地理环境及民众的消费理念等都是造成贫困现象的重要因素。民族聚居团场家庭的全面脱贫必须从资金引入、文化教育、生态旅游、特色产业等方面共同发力,才能有效进行精准扶贫实践,实现每个家庭完全脱贫。
Xinjiang Bingtuan ethnic family farms are with single economic structure and the way of getting rich is not much,family education is generally low,the geographical environment and the people are coupled with the concept of consumption are important factors causing poverty.Ethnic families out of poverty must be comprehensive farms funds from investment,the culture education,ecological tourism,industry characteristics and other aspects of joint force,which can effectively realize the precise poverty alleviation practice of each family.
