摘要
少数民族农民工城市适应性问题的有效解决,对促进城市和地方社会和谐发展具有重要的现实意义。在对成都凉山彝族农民务工情况深入调查的基础上发现,该群体在成都寻求发展,遭遇了各种适应性困境,重视人文关怀、加强经营帮扶、维护权益保障、加大教育支持、丰富文化载体等措施,可以消减多元社会张力并构筑族际整合,从而为促进少数民族农民工城市生存发展的政策制定提供启示。
The effective resolution of ethnic labor workers'urban adaptation issue and local society9 s harmonious development has important and realistic meaning.Based on the research of Yizu labor workers in Chengdu,the author found that they encountered adaptive difficulties while pursuing the development.In this article,the author advocated that a variety of activities should be implemented such as humanity concerning,management supporting,basic right maintaining and guaranteeing,and education supporting etc.,which could reduce the muti-social distances and providing references for ethnic labor workers'urban living policies.
