摘要
目的分析高龄冠心病患者上腹部手术的麻醉处理方式。方法随机选取该院于2014年9月—2017年1月期间收治的120例高龄冠心病患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序,分为观察组与对照组,各60例。上腹部手术治疗时,对照组,行硬膜外麻醉,观察组,行联合麻醉,对比分析麻醉效果。结果对比患者麻醉效果,观察组有效率为95.0%,对照组为83.3%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对比并发症情况,观察组发生率为5.0%,对照组为15.0%,观察组明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄冠心病患者,上腹部手术治疗时,采用联合麻醉方式,效果显著,安全高,值得临床推广。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the anesthesia treatm ent of upper abdom inal surgery in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease adm itted from Septem ber 2014 to January 2017 were random ly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of adm ission,with 60 cases in each group.In the treatm ent of upper abdom inal surgery,the control group adopted epidural anesthesia,the observation group adopted com bined anesthesia,and then the anesthesia effect of the two groups were com pared and analyzed.Results The effective rate was 95.0%in the observation group and 83.3%in the control group.There was significant difference betw een the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of com plications was 5.0%in the observation group and 15.0%in the control group and that in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference betw een the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with coronary heart disease,the application of com bined anesthesia for upper abdom inal surgery is significantly effective and safe,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion.
