摘要
为了解职技高师大学生心理韧性、应对方式及其之间的关系,以便教师在教育过程中加以适时正确的指导,运用青少年心理韧性量表与应对方式问卷对某职技高师院校大一、大二、大三的在校学生进行了调查研究。结果发现:不同性别在心理韧性的目标专注、应对方式的求助因子上存在显著差异;不同年级职技高师大学生在心理韧性的目标专注、积极认知、人际协助因子上存在显著差异,在应对方式的自责、幻想、退避、合理化因子上存在显著差异;有无留守经历的职技高师大学生在心理韧性上不存在显著差异,在应对方式的解决问题因子上存在显著差异;职技高师大学生心理韧性与应对方式各个因子存在正相关关系。
In order to understand psychological resilience,coping style and their relationship among Vocational and Technical College Students,and give timely and correct guidance in the course of education,an investigation was conducted on the freshman,sophomore,junior students in a vocational and technical college by an application of the Adolescent Resilience Scale and Coping Style Questionnaire.The results show that:The target focus of mental toughness and help factor of coping styles exist significant gender difference;The target focus,positive cognitive and interpersonal assistance of mental toughness factors of vocational and technical college students from different grades exist significant differences,as well as the self-accusation,fantasy,retreat and rationalization of coping style factors;The presence of left-behind experience of vocational and technical college students does not exist significant differences in mental toughness,but with significant difference on the coping style factors of problem solving;There is a positive correlation between psychological resilience and coping styles of vocational and technical college students.
