摘要
针对燃机叶片检测结果不稳定、效率偏低的情况,我们消化吸收了日本MHI等公司的技术,根据实际情况,探求提高效率的办法。本文首先进行了现状分析,对影响检测效率的各个因素进行分解,确定必须从改进检测工装着手,然后从测量过程中确定改进方案,同时在不断的实际检测中反复试验并改进工装,最终实现了大大提高检测效率的目标。在工装的改进中将测量过程与生产过程紧密联系,促进了检测与工艺的相互改进。
In view of the unstable and low efficiency of the detection results of turbine blades,we have absorbed the technology of Japan’s MHI and other companies and explored ways to improve efficiency according to the actual situation.This article has first carried on the analysis of the situation,to decompose the factors that influence the efficiency of detection,determine the improved detection tooling must begin with,and then from the measuring process to determine the improvement scheme,at the same time in the trials to improve tooling in the actual detection,finally to achieve the goal to greatly improve the efficiency of detection.In the improvement of tooling,the measurement process is closely related to the production process,which facilitates the mutual improvement of detection and process.
