简述了扭矩标准机的应用领域及所发挥的作用,介绍了影响整机计量准确度的一些关键因素,详细分析了静重式扭矩标准机各部件测量不确定度的分量组成,通过部件法进行了不确定度计算。通过测量不确定度的分析与评定,使生产厂家更清楚如何更好地设计各个部件以获得更加合理的结构;也为用户对整机的维护提供技术参考,最终在整机投入使用后可长期处于相应准确度等级的良好状态。
The application field of torque standard machine and its function are introduced briefly.Some key factors influencing the measurement accuracy of the whole machine are introduced.The components of the measurement uncertainty of each part of the static weight torque standard machine are analyzed in detail.Component method for the calculation of uncertainty.Through the analysis and assessment of measurement uncertainty,manufacturers can better understand how to design each component better to get a more reasonable structure.It also provides technical reference for the maintenance of the whole machine to the user,and finally can be long-term after the complete machine is put into operation At the appropriate level of accuracy of the state.
