摘要
目的观察穴位艾灸治疗急性胰腺炎伴胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法纳入急性胰腺炎伴胃肠功能障碍的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上予以穴位艾灸,观察2组患者治疗前及治疗7 d后胃肠功能评分,及治疗后恶心呕吐症状缓解时间、腹痛腹胀症状缓解时间、首次排便排气时间、住院天数。结果 2组治疗7 d后胃肠功能评分较治疗前均降低,且观察组评分(1.53±0.51)分,低于对照组的(2.11±0.66),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组恶心呕吐、腹胀腹痛症状缓解时间、首次排便排气时间和住院天数均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位艾灸能有效缓解急性胰腺炎患者胃肠功能障碍,减轻胃肠道症状,中西医结合治疗的疗效较单纯西医治疗更优。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint moxibustion on gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods Totally 60 patients with acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal dysfunction were assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and those in the observation group were given acupoint moxibustion.The gastrointestinal function was evaluated by clinical symptom score.The remission time of nausea and vomiting,remission time of abdominal distension,firs defecation time and length of stay were recorded compared between two groups.Results The gastrointestinal function scores of the observation group and the control group were(1.53±0.51)and(2.11±0.66),with a significant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group had a shorter remission time of nausea,vomiting and abdominal distension,earlier time of firs defecation and shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoints moxibustion can effectively relieve gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with acute pancreatitis,and improve the clinical effect of by using combination treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
