摘要
先天性巨结肠是病变肠壁神经节细胞缺如的一种肠道发育畸形,是引起新生儿消化道梗阻的常见原因。大部分患儿可以通过一期巨结肠根治术获得痊愈,同时高质量的围手术期护理干预对确保患儿手术顺利和术后康复意义重大。本文对先天性巨结肠根治术患儿的术前检查、肠道准备、术后肛周护理、营养指导、延续性护理干预等做一综述,为提高先天性巨结肠根治术围手术期护理质量提供参考。
Hirschsprung's disease is a birth defect in which nerves are missing from parts of the intestine.The most prominent symptom of Hirschsprung's disease is constipation,and the treatment is generally by surgery to remove the affected section of bowel.The high-quality peri-operative nursing management is a key issue to improve the success of operation and postoperative rehabilitation.This paper reviewed the interventions on preoperative examination,bowel preparation,perianal care,nutrition guide and continuing nursing care,in order to improve the nursing quality for pediatric patients with radical excision for congenital Hirschsprung's disease
