摘要
复发性口腔溃疡为临床的常见病、多发病,病程长,易反复。李建武教授精于辨证,擅于应用温药治疗寒热错杂、脾胃虚寒、脾肾阳虚及阴虚火旺等证型的口疮,注重寒温并用、阴阳并补、顾护中焦,灵活运用潜阳之法,临床疗效显著。现将李建武教授治疗复发性口腔溃疡的经验进行归纳总结。
Recurrent aphthous ulcer is a common disease,with high incidence,long course and easy repetition in clinic.Professor Li Jianwu is proficient in differentiating syndrome and applying Wenyao(温药)in treating aphtha of Hanre Cuoza(寒热错杂),Piwei Xuhan(脾胃虚寒),Pishen Yangxu(脾肾阳虚)and Yinxu Huowang(阴虚火旺)type,pays attention to Hanwen Bingyong(寒温并用),Yinyang Bingbu(阴阳并补)and Guhu Zhongjiao(顾护中焦),and can apply the therapy of Qianyang(潜阴)flexibly,with remarkable effects in clinic.Experience of Professor Li Jianwu for treating recurrent aphthous ulcer is summarized.
