摘要
目的:分析针灸推拿配合康复训练对于脑梗塞后肩手综合征患者的生活质量影响效果。方法:本院选取从2015年8月-2016年8月间所收治的脑梗塞后肩手综合征患者78例作为分析重要对象,将计算机表法作为分组方式,分为对照组(38例)、观察组(40例)。对照组予以康复训练,观察组予以针灸推拿配合康复训练,对比两组的疗效以及生活质量改善状况。结果:观察组的生活质量相较于对照组明显更高,予以统计学检验,组间差异显著,且P<0.05,形成统计学分析意义。结论:对于脑梗塞后肩手综合征临床患者,采取针灸推拿配合康复训练,显著将生活质量提升,具备较高的临床价值。
Objective:To analyze efficacy of acupuncture and massage plus rehabilitation training on the quality of life in shoulder-hand syndrome after acute cerebral infarction.Methods:78 cases of shoulder-hand syndrome after acute cerebral infarction from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as analysis objects and divided into the control group and observation group according to computer table method.The control group was given rehabilitation training.The observation group was given acupuncture and massage more.The effect and quality of life between two groups were compared.Results:The quality of life in the observation group was higher than the control group.The differences between groups were statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage plus rehabilitation training on shoulder-hand syndrome after acute cerebral infarction is effective,and can significantly improve the quality of life,with a high clinical value.
