摘要 根据安全工程专业的培养目标和专业性质,《化工原理》在教学中课时量少,学生学习难度大。以全面提升安全工程专业《化工原理》课程的教与学的质量和效果为出发点,以化工安全为教学延伸,分别从教学双主体、典型单元操作深度讲解、教学手段更新、实践上的验证和贯穿安全理念的角度,深入探讨了少学时化工原理课程的教学改革,为本专业后续化工安全专业知识的教与学打下坚实基础。 According to the training objectives and professional quality of Safety Engineering,Principles of Chemical Engineering has less class period and students are difficult to learn.In order to enhance the quality and effect of teaching and learning process of Principles of Chemical Engineering,taking chemical safety as an extension of teaching,the teaching reform of Principles of Chemical Engineering course was discussed from double subjects,such as further explanation on typical unit operation,updating teaching means,practice and syncretic security concept.A solid foundation was established for the follow-up study of chemical engineering safety knowledge.
