摘要
通过阐述中国企业精神,挖掘其深刻内涵、践行核心价值观具有十分重要的现实意义。结合陕煤化集团发展的实际,提出了加强企业思想政治建设、培育高素质员工队伍、促进企业管理升级,提升企业核心竞争力的探索思路。
This paper analyzed the profound connotation and core values of Chinese enterprise spirit.Combined with the development reality of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical industry Group,the development ideas including ideological and political construction strengthening,high-quality staff cultivating,management upgrade promoting and enterprise core competitiveness enhancing were proposed.
