摘要
本文通过分析图书馆基于移动互联网环境开展服务的方式,针对图书馆开展"无卡化"服务的需求,以华东师范大学图书馆"无卡化"创新实践为案例,介绍图书馆开展以用户体验为主导的服务创新模式所需的移动互联网平台和技术,通过人与设备的连接实现人与服务的连接,使用户充分享受图书馆服务。
By analyzing the current service types of libraries based on the mobile Internet environment,and with the advent of the era of intelligent digitalization,the demand of libraries to develop the“card-free”service,this paper take East China Normal University Library“card-free”innovation case as an example to introduce an new library service innovation model.
