基于Fe-Mn过渡金属氧化物低温脱硝催化剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对制备的MnO_x/Ti O_2催化剂,增加锰负载量,NO转化率越高,10%锰负载量为最佳比例。10%Fe-10%Mn/TiO_2催化剂脱硝效率相对较高,催化剂脱硝效率随空速提高而降低。空速越高,气体在催化剂作用下反应不充分。160℃为转折点,反应温度升高,脱硝效率提升明显。反应温度达到160℃之后,催化剂N_2选择性降低,效率会有所降低。 For the as-preparation of MnO x/TiO 2 catalyst,increase the manganese load,NO conversion rate is higher,and 10%manganese load is the best ratio.The denitrification efficiency of 10%Fe-10%Mn/TiO 2 was relatively high,and the denitration efficiency of catalyst decreased with the increase of airspeed.The higher the airspeed,the less the gas reacts under the action of the catalyst.160℃as the turning point,when increasing reaction temperature,denitrification efficiency increased obviously.When the reaction temperature is reached 160℃,the N 2 selectivity of catalyst is reduced,the efficiency will be reduced.
