摘要
股骨髁上骨折多为高能量损伤引起,由于其解剖结构特殊、损伤复杂、骨折不稳定等特点,治疗难度很大。以往多采用非手术方法治疗,但效果不理想。近年来手术治疗取得了飞速发展,包括钢板螺钉内固定、髓内钉固定及外固定方法。为更好地指导应用,现对股骨髁上骨折不同类型固定方式治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Supracondylar fracture of femur is mostly caused by high energy damage.It is difficult to treat because of its special anatomical structure,complicated injury and unstable fracture.In the past,non-operative methods were adopted,but the effect was not satisfactory.In recent years,surgical treatment has made rapid progress,including plate and screw fixation,intramedullary nailing and external fixation methods.In order to obtain better curative effect,the research progress of different types of fixation methods for supracondylar fracture of femur is reviewed as follows.
