摘要
针对各类传统接地线夹存在的缺陷,基于UG的虚拟设计技术,以面向功能需求为目标,以安全第一为原则,设计了一款新型输电线路接地线夹。安全性试验和现场应用效果表明,新型输电线路接地线夹安全可靠、操作便捷,可满足220 kV及以下输电线路不同塔型、不同工位的使用要求,降低了塔上作业人员的接地操作劳动强度,提高了作业人员工作效率,有效保证了作业人员不受线路感应电伤害。
Aiming at defects of all kinds of traditional ground clamps,a new type of ground clamp for transmission line is designed based on UG virtual design technology,by taking functional requirement oriented as target and safety first as principle.Safety test and field application effects show that the new type ground clamp is safe,reliable and easy in operation,and can satisfy usage requirements of 220 kV and below transmission lines with different tower types and working positions,which reduces the grounding operation labor intensity of operating personnel on tower and improves the working efficiency of operating personnel and guarantees operating personnel against the harm of induced electricity.
