摘要
以十四醇、马来酸酐、乙二醇和亚硫酸氢钠为主要原料合成了3种结构的马来酸酯磺酸盐表面活性剂,评价了其在盐水中的表面性质、界面性质和润湿性能。实验结果表明,表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)和对应的表面张力(γ_(CMC))均随温度升高而降低。Gemini型双酯磺酸盐具有最小的CMC,表面张力较高,与烷烃的界面张力最低,与辛烷和癸烷的界面张力可达0.02 mN/m;磺基马来酸单酯盐的CMC和γ_(CMC)最高,与烷烃的界面张力也最大;磺基马来酸双酯表面活性最高,界面活性居中;3种表面活性剂的润湿性与表面张力有直接的关系,表面张力越低其润湿性越好;无机盐的加入有助于提高表面活性剂的润湿性和表面活性,表面张力较小的表面活性剂润湿性较强。
The tetradecanol,maleic anhydride,glycol and sodium bisulfate were used to synthesize three kinds of maleic ester sulfonates.The surface properties of maleic ester sulfonates in distilled water and salt solution,interfacial tension with alkanes,and wetting ability of aqueous solutions of the maleic ester sulfonates were evaluated.The results showed that critical micelle concentration(CMC)and corresponding surface tensions(γCMC)decrease with increase of temperature,sodium sulfosuccinate(GDE14S)has minimum CMC,higher surface tension,and lowest interfacial tension with alkanes,especially,the interfacial tension with octane and decane can decrease to 0.02 mN/m.Sodium monoester sulfosuccinate(MSE14S)has the highest CMC andγCMC,and the interfacial tension with alkanes is also the largest.Sodium diester sulfosuccinate(MDE14S)with double hydrophobic and single hydrophobic head group has the highest surface activity,and the interfacial activity is between MSE14S and GDE14S.Wettability of three surfactants is directly related to surface tension.The lower the surface tension,the better the wettability.Adding inorganic salts to surfactant solution can reduce CMC.The surfactant with lower surface tension has stronger wettability.
