摘要
为改善半刚性基层材料抗裂性差的缺点,参考聚乙烯醇纤维在水泥混凝土和水泥砂浆中的应用,提出在水泥稳定碎石材料中掺入聚乙烯醇纤维,以改善混合料的使用性能。研究了聚乙烯醇纤维的掺入对水泥稳定碎石材料最佳含水量和最大干密度的影响。对比了4种聚乙烯醇纤维掺入水平下水泥稳定碎石试件不同龄期的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂抗压强度、抗压回弹模量、干缩系数及温缩系数等,得出的结论为:聚乙烯醇纤维能有效增强水泥稳定碎石材料的力学性能和抗裂性能。
In order to reinforce the anti-cracking performance of semi-rigid base materials,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was added in to cement stabilized macadam to improve the performance of the mixture.The optimal moisture content and the maximum dry density of cement-stabilized gravel material with PVA fiber were studied.Through the analysis and contrast of the compressive strength,splitting strength,compression modulus of resilience,drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage of the cement-stabilized macadam with four levels of the mixtures with PVA fiber,it is concluded that the PVA fiber can reinforce the mechanical properties and anti-cracking performance of the cement-stabilized macadam.
