摘要
利用Bow-tie图对城市燃气管网泄漏事故的原因、后果及预防措施进行定性分析,并介绍了运用水力计算模型对火球和喷射火事故进行后果定量分析的方法。在燃气管网的设计阶段,管网的运行数据无法获得,故利用燃气管网水力计算模型估算管网节点压力,作为泄漏事故后果定量计算的输入数据。燃气管网泄漏事故后果定量计算结果可由人员重伤半径、死亡半径以及距离泄漏处一定距离处的人员死亡概率表示。以某社区燃气管网为实例进行方法的具体应用,得到了燃气各管段的事故后果定量分析结果。本研究将定性分析结果与后果定量计算结果相结合,可为城镇燃气管网的管理提供参考。
This paper analyzes causality and preventive measures of urban gas network leakage using Bow-tie,and introduces the method of quantitative consequence analysis for fire ball and jet fire accidents by hydraulic calculation model.In design and construction period of the gas network,the operation data of the pipe network cannot be obtained.Therefore,this paper estimates pressure of pipe network joint by using hydraulic calculation model as the input data.Quantitative consequence is represented by injury radius,death radius and mortality probability.Finally,this paper applies the method to the gas pipeline network in a community as a case study,and obtains the quantitative results of every pipe section.The paper combines the qualitative and quantitative methods and workds as a reference for gas pipe network management.
