摘要
为了减少工业锅炉NO_x排放,以20 t/h高效煤粉工业锅炉作为研究对象,使用工程软件Aspen Plus建立烟气再循环系统流程,分析烟气再循环倍率、温度以及注入位置对NO_x影响,烟气注入位置研究采用温度代替位置方法。结果表明,烟气的温度越低、循环倍率越高,NO_x排放越低。针对0.6BMCR工况得到了满足NO_x控制要求的最佳参数:再循环倍率20%~25%,再循环烟气温度130~150℃,注入位置在炉膛前部温度约为1000℃位置。
In order to reduce the emission of NO x,flue gas recycling technology was studied.The research object was a 20 t/h pulverized coal efficient industrial boiler.The boiler system was set up by engineering software named Aspen Plus,including four processes which were pulverized coal combustion,flue gas heat transfer,soot separation and steam generation.Accuracy was verified by the experimental results.Flue gas recycling process was added to the old system and three key factors such as flue recycling rate,gas temperature,injection location were emphatically analyzed,and the injection location was replaced by temperature in Aspen Plus.The results showed that lower temperature and higher recycling rate will lead to lower NO x emission.As to the studied conditions,recommended parameters were given as follows:recycling rate was 20%~25%,flue gas temperature was 130~150℃and the location was in the front of the furnace where temperature was about 1000℃.
