摘要
硫酸依替米星是重要的半合成氨基糖苷类抗生素,通常由庆大霉素C_(1a)经化学合成、分离纯化等工艺制得。本实验通过减压浓缩、高效液相制备色谱分离硫酸依替米星合成反应中的一个副产物,并运用UV、IR、~1H NMR、^(13)C NMR、DEPT等波普技术对其进行解析,实验结果确证了反应杂质的结构为1,3-二-N-乙基庆大霉素C_(1a),完善了硫酸依替米星的杂质谱。
Etimicin sulfate is an important semi-synthetic aminoglycoside antibiotics,usually obtained by the chemical synthesis,separation and purification from gentamicin C 1a.The target compound was obtained from the synthesis reaction of etimicin sulfate by using high performance preparative chromatography and the structure was analyzed by spectroscopic techniques such as UV,IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR and DEPT.The result showed that the structure of reaction impurity was confirmed as 1,3-di-N-ethyl-O-2-amino-2,3,4,6-tetradeoxy-6-amino-α-D-erythro-hexopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-[3-deoxy-4-C-methyl-3-(methylamino)-β-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)]-2-deoxy-L-streptamine,and the result improved the impurity spectrum of etimicin sulfate.
