摘要
并发左心室附壁血栓的常见疾病有急性心肌梗死、扩张型心肌病、心脏瓣膜病、心肌致密化不全、其他影响左心室功能的心脏病,以及非心血管疾病,如抗心磷脂抗体综合征等。众所周知,左心室附壁血栓被认为是心肌梗死后最常见的并发症之一,并且是威胁人民健康的重大问题,也是临床医生迫切需要预防及解决的问题之一,故现对心肌梗死后左心室附壁血栓形成的研究进展做一综述。
Concurrent left ventricular thrombus(LVT)is a common complication of diseases associated with acute myocardial infarction,dilated cardiomyopathy,valvular heart disease,myocardial non-compaction of left ventricular function and other effects of disease and non-cardiovascular diseases,such as anti-cardiolipin antibody syndrome.LVT is considered to be one of the most common complications after myocardial infarction,and is a major problem threatening the health of people.It is also one of the urgent problems that clinicians need to prevent and solve.This article reviews the progress in the study of left ventricular mural thrombosis after myocardial infarction.
