一种流水线鸡蛋整理装置的研制

摘要 该装置用于养鸡场,替代人工来清捡鸡蛋,提高鸡蛋清捡效率。该装置由分拣装置、接蛋装置、主传送带、过渡装置及收集装置等组成的流水线鸡蛋整理装置。其中分拣装置用于将杂乱鸡蛋的有序分拣,接蛋装置用于将鸡蛋放入鸡蛋盘,主传送带和过渡装置用于将鸡蛋盘的输送,收集装置用于鸡蛋盘的收集转运。通过这一系列的装置组合,完成鸡蛋的整理工作。该流水线整理装置还可以用于其它需要货物搬送的领域。 The device is used in chicken farms to replace manual picking up eggs and improve egg picking efficiency.The device consists of a sorting device,a pick-up device,a main conveyor belt,a transition device and a collecting device.The sorting device is used for the orderly sorting of messy eggs,the pick-up device is used for placing the eggs into the egg tray,the main conveyer belt and the transition device are used for conveying and collecting the egg tray.These devices can complete the finishing of the egg.The pipelining device can also be used in other areas where it is necessary to transport the goods.
