摘要
目的:观察595nm脉冲染料激光联合CO_2点阵激光治疗错位表浅性瘢痕的临床效疗。方法:选取脉冲染料激光联合点阵激光治疗错位表浅性瘢痕患者40例作为研究对象,根据疗效评定标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果:对所有患者进行随访,末次治疗后3个月,82%患者皮损改善率超过60%,有效率为100%。结论:脉冲染料激光联合CO_2点阵激光治疗错位表浅性瘢痕安全且疗效确切。
Objective To observe the Pulsed Dye Laser in combination with CO2 fractional laser Traumatic dislocation of scar.Methods 40 cases of Traumatic dislocation scar matched the inclusion criteria were involved in treatment group.the patients were given Pulsed Dye Laser in combination with CO2 fractional laser,The curative rate evaluated.Results After 3 months of treatment,an over 60%improvement was seen in 82%of the patients.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Clinical study of Pulsed Dye Laser in combination with CO2 fractional laser is effective and safe for traumatic dislocation of scars.
