摘要
目的:探讨面部埋置聚对二氧环己酮(Poly P-dioxanone,PPDO)锯齿线对中下面部皮肤松弛下垂的改善情况。方法:根据中下面部皮肤松弛下垂情况,拟确定埋置提升线位置及数量,将PPDO线分别由颞部发际缘及耳前缘进针点置入,埋置于浅表肌肉腱膜系统(superficial muscular aponeurosis,SMAS)层,牵拉提升线,剪除线端。结果:本组35例,中下面部松弛下垂均有所改善。术后随访3个月~1年,平均9个月,面部皮肤平整,触及不到提升线,效果稳定。结论:采用PPDO提升线埋置提升中下面部,可以有效改善皮肤松弛,手术并发症少,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the improvement effect of middle and lower face ptosis by burying PPDO threads.Methods The position and quantity of the PPDO threads according to the face sagging circumstance to determine.The PPDO threads were placed in the temporal hair line and the front edges of ears,were buried in the SMAS.Pulled the lines and cuted off the end of PPDO threads.Results 35 cases with middle and lower face ptosis were treated successfully and the face ptosis improved greatly.Followed up for 3 months to 1 year(average 9 months)with sustained aesthetic results,the skin of faces were smooth and the lines were not touchable.Conclusion Applying the PPDO threads buried in the middle and lower face,it can effectively improve the face ptosis,has stable effects and less complications,which is worth to be spread.
