刺络拔罐联合艾灸中药贴敷对风热感冒高热患者中医护理干预疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨刺络拔罐联合艾灸中药贴敷对风热感冒高热患者中医护理干预效果。方法选取我院2016年1月-2017年11月88例风热感冒高热患者,按照患者自主意愿,选择接受药物和物理降温治疗的44例患者为对照组,另外44例为观察组,采用刺络拔罐联合艾灸中药贴敷中医护理干预法。对比两组患者8 h即刻退热效果、干预后起效、解热率和痊愈等临床疗效。结果干预后8 h内,观察组各时点体温呈明显递减趋势,降幅明显优于对照组;观察组起效时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐联合艾灸中药贴敷能使风热感冒高热患者快速降温,保证患者安全,疗效确切。 Objective Explore stab winding cupping joint moxibustion patches apply TCM nursing intervention in patients with wind hot cold heat effect.Methods Select our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017,88 cases of wind hot cold high fever patients,according to the patients'own will,selected the 44 cases treated with drugs and physical cooling treatment as control group,and 44 cases of observation group,the thorn collaterals cupping combined moxibustion patches apply TCM nursing intervention method.Two groups of patients 8 h immediately antifebrile effect,intervention in the prominent effect and antipyretic rate and recovery of clinical curative effect were compared.Results Within 8 hours after the intervention,the body temperature in the observation group decreased significantly at each time point,and the decrease was significantly better than that in the control group.The onset time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stab winding apply patches of cupping combined moxibustion can quickly reduce the wind hot cold high fever patients temperature,to ensure the safety of patients,the curative effect
