摘要
尿常规在临床上是不可忽视的一项检查,可以反映肾脏和泌尿道等方面疾病的严重程度和进展情况,这是由于多数泌尿系统疾病在早期都会出现蛋白尿、尿沉渣等成分的缘故。尿液干化学分析仪具有标本用量少、检测速度快、检测项目多、准确性好,操作方便等优点。但其检测结果易受主观因素的影响,不能替代对病理性尿标本的显微镜检测。
Urine routine is a clinical examination which can not be ignored.It can respond to the severity and progression of kidney and urinary tract diseases.Many urinary system diseases can appear in the early stage of proteinuria or visible components in urine sediment.The urine dry chemical analyzer has many advantages,such as less sample dosage,fast detection speed,many testing items,good accuracy and convenient operation.But the test results are easily influenced by the subjective factors and can not replace the microscopic examination of the pathological urine specimen.
