摘要
目的:明确反思性教学在护理教育中的应用现状及发展趋势,为反思性教学在我国护理教育中的应用研究指明方向。方法:文献研究法。结果:反思性教学法在护理教育中虽有发展和应用但也存在的不足的地方。结论:反思性教学不仅能提高教师的教学水平,促进教师的专业发展,而且能提高护生的临床实践能力和综合能力。
objective to clarify the application status and development trend of reflective teaching in nursing education,and to guide the application of reflective teaching in nursing education in China.Method literature research method.Results the reflective teaching method has its development and application in nursing education.Conclusion reflective teaching can not only improve the teaching level of teachers,promote the professional development of teachers,but also improve the clinical practice ability and comprehensive ability of nursing students.
