摘要
目的:观察老年机械通气患者胃肠内营养并发症预防性护理措施的应用效果。方法:选取2015年10月至2017年10月老年机械通气患者100例,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用胃肠内营养并发症常规护理;观察组分析胃肠内营养并发症,实施预防性护理措施,对比分析其临床应用效果。结果:观察组患者并发症发生率及护理满意率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分析老年机械通气患者胃肠内营养并发症原因,对患者实施针对性的护理,可有效减少并发症发生,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To observe the application effect of preventive nursing measures for gastrointestinal complications in elderly patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:A total of 100 patients with mechanical ventilation in the elderly from October 2015 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing of gastrointestinal complications and the observation group was analyzed for concurrent enteral nutrition and they were treated with preventive nursing.The clinical application effects of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of complications and satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The analysis of causes of gastrointestinal complications in elderly patients with mechanical ventilation and application of targeted care of patients can effectively reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction.
