摘要
目的探究桂枝茯苓丸联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生的效果及安全性。方法选取我院2013年1月至2017年1月收治的122例乳腺增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各61例。所有患者均采用枸缘酸他莫昔芬片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用桂枝茯苓丸。比较两组治疗前、后临床症状、肿块改善情况、内分泌水平、治疗总有效率与不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组乳房胀痛、月经失调、乳头溢液评分及临床症状总分均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组乳房肿块硬度、大小评分较治疗前均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组E_2水平较治疗前显著下降、LH、P水平显著上升,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枝茯苓丸联合枸缘酸他莫昔芬片可改善乳腺增生患者临床症状、消退乳腺肿块、调节内分泌失调,治疗效果良好且安全性高。
b j e c t i v e To explore the efficacy and safety of Guizhi Fuling pills combined with tamoxifen citrate tablets in the treatment of breast hyperplasia.M e t h o d s A total of 122 cases of patients with breast hyperplasia treated inour hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table metnod,with 61 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with tamoxifen citrate tablets,and the observation group was given Guizhi Fuling pills on the basis of this.The clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the improvement of mass,the level of endocrine,the total effective rates of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.R e s u l t s After treatment,the breast pain,menstrual disorders,nipple discharge scores and total clinical symptoms score of the two groups significantly improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hardness and size of breast lumps in the two groups significantly improved than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The level o fE 2 in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the level of LH and P were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).C o n c l u s i o n Guizhi Fuling pills combined with tamoxifen citrate tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of breast hyperplasia,and regress the breast masses and adjust the endocrine disorders,which has good treatment effect and high safety.
