摘要 教学改革是课程改革系统工程中的一个组成部分,而教学的有效性是新一轮基础教育课程改革必须面对的重要问题。近年来,人们把关注的目光逐渐投向课堂,聚焦在课堂教学的效率上。本课题《普通高中课堂有效教学策略研究》,围绕有效、教学、教学策略等关键词,以课堂教学模式为立足点展开探索与研究。"一切为了学生的发展"成了我国21世纪新一轮课程改革的宗旨。新课程强调改变学生的学习方式,强调既要关注学生的学习生活,又要关注学生的现实生活。本文以笔者所任职学校的实践研究为例,探讨旨在改变以往"灌输式"的课堂教学,采用多种有效课堂教学策略,激发学生的学习兴趣,尊重学生的个体差异,珍视学生的独特感受、体验和理解,为学生创设轻松,愉快的课堂生活环境,引导学生主动参与知识探究,主动合作,主动发展,在知识的获得过程中造就良好积极的情感体验。在教学实践中,做到用最少的时间,最小的精力投入,取得尽可能多的教学效果,从而实现特定的教学目标,满足社会和个人的教育价值需求。教学质量来自课堂的高效率。因此,进行中学课堂有效性教学策略的研究,对提高教学质量,实施素质教育,培养学生全面发展,深化课程改革,有着十分重要的意义。普通高中学校进行课堂有效教学策略的研究是势在必行。 Teaching reform is an integral part of systematic reform in curriculum reform.However,the effectiveness of teaching is an important issue that must be faced in the new round of basic education curriculum reform.In recent years,people gradually focus their attention on the classroom,focusing on the efficiency of classroom teaching.The subject of“effective teaching strategies of ordinary high school classroom”,focusing on effective,teaching,teaching strategies and other key words to classroom teaching mode as the starting point to explore and research.“Everything for the Development of Students”has become the purpose of the new round of curriculum reform in the21st century in our country.The new curriculum emphasizes changing students’learning styles,emphasizing not only paying attention to students’learning life,but also paying attention to students’real life.This article takes the practice study of the author in school as an example,explores classroom teaching aimed at changing the past“inculcation”,adopts a variety of effective classroom teaching strategies,arouses the students’interest in learning,respects the students’individual differences and values the students’unique feelings,Experience and understanding to create a relaxed and pleasant classroom life environment for students to guide students to take the initiative to participate in knowledge exploration,take the initiative to cooperate and take the initiative to develop in the knowledge acquisition process to create a good positive emotional experience.In teaching practice,with the least amount of time and effort,we can get as much teaching effect as possible so as to achieve specific teaching goals and meet the educational and social needs of individuals and individuals.The quality of teaching comes from the high efficiency of the classroom.Therefore,the research on effective teaching strategies of middle school classroom plays an important role in improving teaching quality,implementing quality education,developing all-round dev
