摘要
目的:探讨手术室访视记录单对择期手术患者护理质量及满意度的影响。方法:选取2016年8月~2017年6月我院收治的择期手术患者168例,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用常规方法进行术前、术后访视;观察组借助手术室访视记录单开展访视。对比两组患者心理状况、收缩压及心率变化情况、护理质量及护理满意度。结果:观察组入室后焦虑与抑郁评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组入室后收缩压、心率均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理质量各项评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:择期手术患者术前及术后访视中使用手术室访视记录单,可减轻患者对手术的应激反应,同时提高护理质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of visiting recording list in operating room about selective operation patient's nursing quality and satisfaction.Methods:To select168cases of selective operation patients cured in our hospital from August2016to June2017,equally and randomly divided them into observation group and control group.Control group were given regular method to having pre-operation visit and post-operation visit;observation group began visit with the help of visiting recording table.To compare the changing situation of psychological status,systolic pressure and heart rate of two group's patients,as well as the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.Results:Scores on anxiety and depression of observation group after entering into operating room were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);systolic pressure and heart rate of observation group after entering into operating room were lower than that of control group(P<0.05);scores on nursing quality of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of visiting recording list in operating room for the selective operation patients in pre-operation and post-operation visit can lessen patient stress reaction to the operation,at the same time,improve nursing quality and satisfaction.
