摘要
十九大报告提出我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,要把建设现代化经济体系的着力点放在实体经济上,把提高供给体系质量作为主攻方向,显著增强我国经济质量优势。本文理解"高质量发展"的深刻内涵,剖析我国实体经济和虚拟经济之间的发展失衡问题,以及实体经济内部的结构性矛盾。最后,提出推动我国实体经济高质量发展的思路和举措,在引导经济发展脱虚向实的同时,推动以虚促实和新旧产业融合。
The report at 19th CPC National Congress points out that China’s economy has been transitioning from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.We must focus on the real economy,give priority to improving the quality of the supply system,and enhance our economy’s strength in terms of quality.This paper understands the profound connotations of“high-quality development”and analyses the Out-ofbalance questions between the real economy and the virtual economy development in China,and the structural contradictions within the real economy.Finally,the paper proposes the ideas and measures to promote the highquality development of China's real economy,while guiding the economic development from unsubstantial to substantial,promoting the real economy with the virtual economy and the industry convergence.
