摘要
探讨具有竞技体育专业的高等院校培养教练员的创造性态度。在具有体育专业的高等院校中学习的大学生群体的模式团队,这一模式团队是为随后有效管理竞技活动形成职业群体的基础。出示了在培养竞技教练员过程中归纳的最新科学—方法信息的资料。提出:必须对体育院校大学生拓展眼界给予专门的关注,首先,通过吸引他们参加科学研究工作,不仅是那些把体育作为自己未来职业活动的人,而且包括那些旨在作为教练员进行实践活动的人。
This research is to explore the creative attitude of training coaches in colleges and universities with competitive sports major.In the sports colleges and universities,the team of college students is a learning team.This team is the basis for effective management of competitive activities.The latest scientific and method information is presented in the process of training a competitive coach.Suggestion:we must give special attention to expand the horizons of sports colleges and universities students,first of all,through attracting them to participate in scientific research work,not only those who take sports as their future occupation activities,but also including those aimed at the practice of the people as a trainer.
