下承式钢桁梁施工临时钢结构支架的力学性能检算 被引量:2

摘要 以某铁路双线桥下承式钢桁梁施工中采用的临时钢结构支架平台为例,对钢结构支架的力学性能进行了检算。检算的内容包括:钢管桩柱的检算、钢滑道梁的检算、工字钢分配横梁的检算、工字钢分配纵梁的检算、槽钢水平杆和斜杆的检算等,检算的结果表明,钢结构支架力学性能满足规范要求。研究成果对相同类型钢结构支架的设计及检算具有一定的指导作用。 Taking the temporary steel structure support platform used in the construction of a railway double-track bridge as an example,the mechanical properties of the steel structure support are checked and calculated.The checking contents include:steel pipe pile column checking,steel slideway beam checking,I-beam distribution beam checking,I-beam distribution longitudinal beam checking,channel steel horizontal bar and diagonal bar checking,etc.,the checking results show that the mechanical properties of steel structure support meet the specification requirements.The research results have a certain guiding role for the design and calculation of the same type of steel structure bracket.
