摘要
超声波电机是20世纪80年代兴起的一种新型微特电机.其利用逆压电效应及超声振动而获得驱动力的工作原理颠覆了传统电机理念,引发国内外众多学者的高度关注及深入研究.目前,这项技术仍处于科学领域的尖端,有着广阔的应用前景,因此具有重要的研究价值.本文就超声波电机的研究现状与应用前景作一综述.
A ultrasonic motor is a new type of micro motor in the1980s.Its working principle of applying reverse piezoelectric effect and ultrasonic vibration to get the driving force is a subversion of the traditional motor concept,which has drawn highly attention of the scholars at home and abroad and has been studied deeply.At present,in the scientific field of cutting-edge this technology has a broad application prospect and an important research value.The research status and application prospect of ultrasonic motors are reviewed.
