摘要 以分布式的大数据技术为基础,应用网络技术、传感技术和大数据技术来构建一个能够处理一定规模数据量的工业大数据平台,并根据预先建立好的模型对大型设备的运行数据进行采集和存储、分析,进而为优化设备提供数据支撑。 On the basis of distributed big-data technology,this paper established an industrial big-data platform that is able to deal with a certain scale of information with the use of network technology and sensor technology.Additionally,with the established model,the operating information of large-scale equipment could be collected,stored and analyzed,so that a data support for equipment optimization would be presented.
