摘要
以桁架机器人为研究对象,采用有限元软件对机器人进行模态分析,得到系统易受影响的频率和结构变形趋势。结合动力学特性实验采集机器人振动信号进行时域分析,得到工作速度变化比负载变化对机器人动态性能的影响更加明显的结论。
Taking truss robot as the object of study,using the finite element software to carry out the modal analysis of the robot under the running condition,and obtain the frequency range and the structural deformation tendency of the system.According to the dynamic characteristics,the vibration signals of the robot are collected and analyzed in time domain,the change of the speed of work are more obvious to the dynamic performance of the robot than the change of load.
