摘要
目的:分析急性缺血性卒中患者采用血管内治疗的预后及影响因素。方法:选取150例急性缺血性卒中血管内治疗患者为研究对象,将其3个月功能预后采用m RS量表进行评估,比较不同性别、年龄、基础疾病、血糖、超敏C反应蛋白水平、CT扫描至再通时间及侧枝循环情况患者的m RS评估结果,并采用多因素Logistic回归分析处理上述因素与血管内治疗预后的关系。结果:150例患者中m RS量表评估预后良好者90例,良好率为60.00%;男性与女性的预后良好率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同年龄、基础疾病、血糖、超敏C反应蛋白水平、CT扫描至再通时间及侧枝循环情况患者的预后良好率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且多因素Logistic回归分析处理显示,年龄、基础疾病、血糖、超敏C反应蛋白水平、CT扫描至再通时间及侧枝循环情况均与血管内治疗预后的关系。结论:急性缺血性卒中患者血管内治疗预后情况较好,影响因素较多,应根据其影响因素进行针对性干预。
Objective To study and analyze the prognosis and its influencing factors of patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with endovascular treatment.Methods 150 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with endovascular treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the study object,and the functional prognosis at third month of all the patients were evaluated with mRS scale,and the mRS evaluation results of patients with different gender,ages,basic disease,blood sugar,high sensitivity C reactive protein level,time of CT scan to recanalization and collateral circulation situation were compared too,and the relationship between those factors and prognosis of endovascular treatment were analyzed by the multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results 90 cases of 150 patients were with good prognosis evaluated by mRS scale,the good prognosis rate was 60.00%,the good prognosis rates of male and female ertr compared,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),the good prognosis rates of patients with different ages,basic disease,blood sugar,high sensitivity C reactive protein level,time of CT scan to recanalization and collateral circulation situation were compared,there were significant differences(P<0.05),and the multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed,the ages,basic disease,blood sugar,high sensitivity C reactive protein level,time of CT scan to recanalization and collateral circulation situation all had close relationship to the prognosis of endovascular treatment.Conclusion The prognosis situation of patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with endovascular treatment is better,and the influencing factors are more,and they should be paid to targeted intervention according to the influencing factors.
