摘要
目的:针对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者借由MRI进行诊断的实际效果加以摸索。方法:本次研究共计纳入病例38例(均为我院在2016年2月至2017年6月所接诊病例)。所有患者按照MRI进行检查,并将检测结果与关节镜检测情况进行对比。结果:通过对比可以发现,MRI在膝关节交叉韧带损伤中的诊断效果与关节镜相比无显著差异P>0.05。结论:针对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者借助MRI检测,存在有较高的准确性,可促使该部分患者尽快确诊。
Objective:To explore the actual effect of MRI diagnosis in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint.Methods:A total of38cases(enrolled in our hospital from February2016to June2017)were included in this study.All patients were examined by MRI,and the results were compared with the results of arthroscopy examination.Results:By contrast,it can be found that there was no significant difference in the diagnosis of MRI in poor knee ligament injury compared with arthroscopy examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of knee joint,there is a high accuracy with the aid of MRI testing,which can prompt the patients to be diagnosed as soon as possible.
